This workshop goes beyond an introduction to Scaling Up.

You will revisit the proven foundations of People, Strategy, Execution and Cash through the lens of Performance 7’s Higher Playing Field Framework.

You’ll discover how Performance 7 has expanded and adapted these principles through years of practical implementation with Australian private businesses.

Whether you have previously attended a Scaling Up workshop, read the book or already use some of the tools, this workshop will help you reconnect the pieces, sharpen your approach and identify what your business needs next.

02 Should I bring my leadership team?

Absolutely. The greatest value comes when CEOs and founders attend with the people responsible for executing the strategy. You will work through the tools together, make important decisions in the room and leave aligned on what happens next.

03 Will I receive personalised coaching?

Yes. Anna will facilitate the workshop live in the room, helping attendees apply each tool to their businesses. Seats are strictly limited to protect the hands-on nature of the experience and allow for meaningful interaction throughout the day.

04 Will I receive a ticket to this event?

No, a digital ticket will not be issued. Instead, you will receive a confirmation email. All you need to bring to the event is this email confirmation. Upon arrival, we will verify your name and provide you with a personalised lanyard.

05 I want to purchase tickets but I’m not sure who I want to bring.

When purchasing tickets, you can register all attendees under the same name and email address. Closer to the workshop, our team will reach out to collect the information of the team members you would like to bring along.

06 What time should I arrive?

We suggest arriving at 8:45am to allow ample time for registration.

07 How do I make sure I’m seated with my team?

08 What is the dress code?

09 Is it possible to get a refund?
