Anna’s the CEO and Founder of Performance 7—and Australasia’s only female certified Scaling Up coach. She’s a genuine business original with a huge heart, making it her life’s work to support the founders and leaders whose businesses employ most Australians.
So far she’s coached over 270 Australian businesses, written best-selling book Kickass Cashflow, been appointed Business Growth Advisor to in the Federal Government’s Entrepreneurs Programme, and led P7 to its win as Australia’s Business Coach of the Year in 2025.
And in all her spare time? Anna’s a Director of Australia’s National Institute of Dramatic Art (NIDA) Foundation Trust—and fiercely support the Blues.

2020s
Performance 7 born, hosting Australia’s Scaling Up Summits with Verne Harnish and 1,000 attendees. Nathan and Jenna join the P7 team.
2010s
Anna becomes Australasia’s first female Scaling Up Certified Coach, delivers workshops to CSIRO, and sells family business after 28 years.
2000s
Anna’s awarded NSW Government contract to train 180 regional businesses—she also mentors women in business statewide.
BEGINNINGS
Anna grew up watching her parents run a pool concreting business. At 25, she founded an accounting firm with Peter Samios, exiting in 2018.
